By purchasing or using Vibestacks, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Vibestacks codebase for your own projects. This license allows you to:

• Use the code in unlimited personal or commercial projects
• Modify the code to suit your needs
• Deploy applications built with the code to any hosting platform

2. Restrictions

Your license does not permit you to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell the source code in any form
• Make the repository public or grant access to unauthorized users
• Use the code to create a competing boilerplate, template, or starter kit product
• Sublicense, transfer, or assign your license to any third party
• Share your GitHub access with others, including team members (each user requires their own license)

3. Intellectual Property

Vibestacks and all associated code, documentation, and materials remain the intellectual property of Vibestacks. Your purchase grants you a license to use the code, not ownership of the intellectual property itself.

You are responsible for keeping the repository private. Any unauthorized sharing, distribution, or public exposure of the codebase constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

4. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access to the full source code upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

We encourage you to review all available information about the product, including documentation and feature lists, before purchasing.

5. GitHub Repository Access

After purchase, you will receive access to a private GitHub repository. You agree to:

• Keep your repository access credentials secure
• Not share repository access with any third party
• Not fork the repository publicly or make any copies publicly available
• Immediately notify us if you believe your access has been compromised

6. Updates and Support

Your purchase includes lifetime access to updates for the codebase you purchased. We may release updates, improvements, and bug fixes at our discretion. Support is provided through our Discord community on a best-effort basis.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vibestacks is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the code will be error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific use case. You assume all responsibility for selecting and using the product.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibestacks and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the product, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license and revoke repository access if you violate these terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

10. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you become aware of any unauthorized distribution, sharing, or publication of Vibestacks source code, please report it immediately to dmca@vibestacks.io

We actively monitor for unauthorized distribution and will pursue all available legal remedies, including DMCA takedown requests, against any party found to be distributing our code without authorization.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vibestacks and its creators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the product, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
